Cancellation Rights

If NET Entertainment GmbH offers services in the field of leisure events on behalf of an organizer, tickets for events in particular, no distance contract exists in accordance with § 312g subsection 2 no. 9 BGB. Cancellation is impossible for orders within such services.

If the full payment for an order does not occur on time, NET Entertainment GmbH reserves the unilateral right to put your reserved tickets back up for sale.

If you have purchased goods other than tickets via our Internet site together with tickets under a single contract, the right of cancellation can only be exercised under a uniform procedure.

If NET Entertainment GmbH does not meet the deadline of a fixed delivery date, you may set a period of grace for NET or the respective organizer / provider. After this period has elapsed, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract by a written declaration, unless the tickets have been sent in the meantime. In case you had been informed in good time that the tickets are ready for collection on the day of the event, cancellation of the purchase cannot be granted.

If you purchase other goods or merchandise without tickets through our website, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt (postmark) of the merchandise.

To exercise your cancellation right, please contact NET Entertainment GmbH at Elisabeth-Schwarzhaupt-Straße 7, 53125 Bonn or by phone at +49 228 – 94 77 45 65 (local rate) or by e-mail: official@net-ent.de and give us a distinct declaration of your decision to cancel this contract. There is no need for justification. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but that is not required.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Please return the goods to NET Entertainment GmbH, Elisabeth-Schwarzhaupt-Straße 7, 53125 Bonn.

In the event of such cancellation, NET is obliged to refund the full purchase price of the goods (plus the postal charges for the original delivery, with the exception of any additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than fourteen days after the date on which the notification of your contract cancellation had reached us. We will use the same form of payment for the refund that had been used by you in the original transaction, unless an explicit agreement to do otherwise has been made with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after the date on which you had notified us of the contract cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days expires. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You will only be required to pay for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value was caused by a handling not necessary in order to check the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
