The stage is 12 x 8 meters and consists of a professional dance floor in black.
Yes, there will be two closets for the participants and also one bigger room right before the closets, where the participant can get ready for the stage.
After Closing the Registration, you will get a confirmation-Mail.
In the Mail you will find a selection of 5 Songs, as well as a bill for the registraion-fee.
The selection of songs is the same for each group, and there will be a small section for each song you can listen to.
And no, you can not find out the song selection before!
Each group chooses one song, but be cautious: Only TWO GROUPS can choose the same song.
It applies: “First Comes, First Serves!”
It is possible to choose two songs, as first and second wish.
Genre: The choreography can NOT BE A K-POP Song! 100% Street Style!
The Song is a mix of different instrumentals of K-POP Songs!
The following music styles can occur: Urban, Hip Hop, Popping, Locking, Waacking, Ladies Style, Street Dance
The song will last a maximum of 4 minutes.
Once you have chosen your song, you start to work on a choreography.
But do not forget that you have to transfer the registration-fee by a certain deadline.
The deadline can be found on the invoice that came with the confirmation mail.
If you don’t transfer the money till the deadline, you are automatically eliminated and the next group moves on.
The process of the contest!
There are 3 categories:
Small Cover Group (15 groups)
Big Cover Group (15 groups)
Performance Group (10 groups)
The 15 groups or 10 groups compete against each other in their category.
In each category the TOP 3 of the first round will be selected.
The TOP 3 of each category will compete against each other in the final, meaning that there are 9 groups in the final and one of these 9 groups can get the 1st place.
Therefore, all categories compete against each other in the final. “A round-robin competition!”
Out of the 1st place Group, one person will be chosen to fly to Korea as an MVP and attend Negative Motion classes for 2 weeks.
